Pricing of shipping/delivery, is subject to change. Please note that the prices listed for prints/originals are separate from shipping/delivery/custom costs and customers may be required to pay additional amounts.

Shipping FAQs for originals

If the artwork is less than 48” (122 cm) in length, it will be wrapped in glycine (acid free paper) bubble wrapped and then packed in a commercial cardboard box.
Paintings with at least one side 48" (approx. 122 cm) or larger are normally removed from their stretcher bars and rolled up in a tube. You will be responsible for getting the canvas re-stretched when you receive it. If you have purchased a painting that needs to be stretched and you would like it shipped directly to a framer, please contact me at charlotteharron.art@gmail.com to make the arrangements.
If you prefer to have a large painting shipped already on stretcher bars, and it is above the 48” (122cm), you will bear the cost, and this will increase the shipping costs significantly.
You will always have the option to have your painting removed from their stretcher bars and rolled up in a tube for shipping.

I usually ship these by commercial courier, however if local (under 20 km), I can deliver the artwork in person. Paintings are shipped from Vevey, Canton Vaud, Switzerland (unless otherwise specified).

Shipping is paid separate to the cost of the artwork. I will provide you a cost of shipping based on the least expensive option, as well as an expedited service.
For all those pieces with a side less than 48” (approx. 122 cm), I will automatically assume you will want the piece delivered with stretcher bars, for those 48” (approx. 122 cm) and above I will automatically assume it will be rolled in a tube.
For paintings being shipped outside of Switzerland - international shipping and customs will be paid by you. I will provide you with a cost of shipping based on the least expensive option. Usually ground transport – this will add on to the length of time before you receive it.

When I make shipping arrangements with the courier, I’ll arrange for you to receive an email notification informing you of your packages travel status. Upon delivery to the courier, I’ll contact you to let you know that the process has started and to provide you with a tracking number.
A signature is required upon receipt of your package, so please make sure someone is there for the delivery. If you are unable to have someone present at the time of the delivery, please contact the courier to make alternate arrangements, such as picking it up yourself, or having the courier company deliver it on another day.

Shipping faqs for Prints*
Your order will be carefully packaged in a rigid flat mailer with a backing board, encased in an acid free plastic sleeve, unless it is an A1 print or larger. This will then be rolled and sent in a tube.
All orders leave me via Swiss Post within 3 business days. Once items leave me, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days within Switzerland and approximately 10-14 days to other locations worldwide. This is a rough guide! If you need something urgently, please contact me to discuss alternative shipping options or collection. Please take busy periods into consideration and order well in advance if you require your order by a specific date.
A tracking number will be provided for all orders.
Please double check your postal address and ensure it's safe and secure (sometimes a work address is better) as I can't take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Any import or customs taxes including taxes such as VAT, and GST etc are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you are aware of these before purchasing.
*This is different to the original artwork shipping.
Returns
I try really hard to accurately represent and describe my work online so I only offer refund or exchanges in exceptional circumstances. Please feel free to contact me to discuss.
If on the rare chance an item arrives damaged, please let me know asap to arrange a solution. Please photograph the item and packaging where the damage has occurred for insurance purposes.
